The Information We Collect

If you purchase a product as a gift, we will collect from you personal information regarding the gift recipient, including their name, shipping address and phone number.

Your personal information (name, billing/shipping address, email address, telephone number) is used to deliver products and to contact you if necessary. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address) is used for payment of products ordered.

Our server is secured behind an electronic firewall and is not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to our credit card processing bank. Once your credit card transaction is processed and validated, your credit card information is deleted from our server. Your credit card information is never stored on our site.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

Payment Information
Payment Methods Accepted
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards. Your card number and personal information is encrypted and completely protected on our secure server. The card number is deleted as soon as the purchase has been processed.
Checks or Money Orders
If you would like to pay by check or money order, please contact us. Once payment has cleared (typically 3 business days), your order will be processed and shipped.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, we will email the invoice to you instead of including it in the package. Please review your invoice, and if any information needs to be corrected, contact us immediately.
Free Shipping and No Sales Tax
Free shipping and no sales tax for orders within the Continental U.S. For our customers who do live in Texas, we gladly pay the sales tax for you.
Shipping Information
We ship via UPS or FedEx ground. Most items ship next business day after your order is placed. Complete and accurate information is necessary to avoid delays.
Shipping to P.O. Box, FPO or APO addresses
Products cannot be shipped to P.O. Box, FPO or APO addresses.
Shipping to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii
Orders to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii carry higher shipping rates. Contact us to receive shipping and transit time estimates.
Stock Availability
Most items are in stock and ready to ship. However, on rare occasions inventory status can temporarily change. If an item is not in stock after an order is placed, we will contact you immediately.
Tracking Information
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Delivery
It typically takes 3-5 business days for receipt of your product. If you have any questions about the delivery of your order, please contact us.
Undelivered Packages
If you do not receive your package in a timely manner, contact us and we will notify the shipping company to do a tracking search.
Incorrect Address
It is critically important to provide the correct shipping address. Clean Air Plus is not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides to us. If you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is lost, Clean Air Plus will not be financially responsible.
Cancellations
If you placed an order and need to cancel, contact us immediately. Once orders have been shipped, you are liable for all outbound and return shipping charges.
Orders Refused On Delivery
If you refuse your order upon delivery, you are liable for all outbound and return shipping charges, plus a 25% restocking fee.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Merchandise Policy
Incorrect Merchandise
If you receive the wrong item due to our mistake, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please provide us with the serial number, and we will provide you with the return authorization number. Clearly indicate this number on the side of the box. UPS will then pick up the unit (usually next business day) and a replacement will be shipped out immediately at no additional cost.
If you receive the wrong item due to your mistake, then you are responsible for shipping the merchandise back. Please contact us and provide us with the serial number. We will provide you with the return authorization number, as well as the return shipping address. Clearly indicate the return authorization number on the side of the box. Upon receiving, we will ship out a replacement.
Damaged Package
If package shows any sign of damage, please do not open or accept. You must contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will dispatch UPS to pick up the unit (usually next business day) and a replacement will be shipped out immediately at no additional cost.
Damaged Merchandise
If the package looks good, but upon opening it you determine damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please provide us with the serial number, and we will then provide you with the return authorization number. Clearly indicate this number on the side of the box. UPS will then pick up the damaged unit (usually next business day) and a replacement will be shipped out immediately at no additional cost. However, if you do not want a replacement, then you are responsible for shipping the merchandise back to the provided return address. Once the items are received, credit will be issued to the original credit card (less the outbound shipping costs) used for the purchase. Outbound shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, a $25 restocking fee will be applied. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed.
Defective Fan/Filter
If the motor, fan or filter does not function correctly, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please provide us with the serial number, and we will provide you with the return authorization number. Clearly indicate this number on the side of the box. UPS will then pick up the damaged unit (usually next business day) and a replacement will be shipped out immediately at no additional cost. However, if you do not want a replacement, then you are responsible for shipping the merchandise back to the provided return address. Once the items are received, credit will be issued to the original credit card (less the outbound shipping costs) used for the purchase. Outbound shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, a $25 restocking fee will be applied. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed.
30 Day Notification Requirement
If you fail to notify us within 30 days of delivery of any damaged or defective merchandise, Clean Air Plus is not responsible for the product and will not be able to service you with a replacement or refund.
Return Policy
We greatly appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund with the exception of items listed below:
- IQAir GC Series (MultiGas, VOC, Chemisorber and AM), IQAir Cleanroom, IQAir Dental Pro, Amaircare 6000V, and Amaircare 7500 are not eligible for return.
- Replacement filters are non returnable if the package has been opened.
All returned products must be returned in new condition as shipped from the manufacturer. All manuals, registration cards and accessories must be included.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the product back to us. In order to initiate the process of a return, contact us and provide us with the serial number. We will provide you with a return authorization number, as well as the return shipping address. The return authorization number is required to be written on the side of the box that you are returning. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without this return authorization number on the label. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement.
Once the items are received, credit will be issued to the original credit card (less the outbound shipping costs) used for the purchase. Outbound shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, a $25 restocking fee will be applied. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed.
Clean Air Plus reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the condition and completeness of returned merchandise.
Items returned without a return authorization number, or shipped to the improper return address, or returned outside of 30 days, or not returned with original packing and in original condition, will not be processed for a refund.
Warranty Information
Products come with a manufacturer's warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied. For warranty service, you must contact the product manufacturer. This information is available either with the material shipped with the product, or from the manufacturer directly.
