Payment Methods Accepted
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards. Your card number and personal information is encrypted and completely protected on our secure server. The card number is deleted as soon as the purchase has been processed. For your convenience, we also accept PayPal payment via PayPal Express Checkout.
Checks or Money Orders
If you would like to pay by check or money order, please contact us. Once payment has cleared (typically 3 business days), your order will be processed and shipped.
After placing your order, we will email the invoice to you instead of including it in the package. Please review your invoice, and if any information needs to be corrected, contact us immediately.
We do not collect sales or use taxes for orders shipped within the US. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.
Orders shipped to addresses in Canada are subject to sales tax.
We ship via UPS or FedEx ground. Most items ship next business day after your order is placed. Complete and accurate information is necessary to avoid delays.
Free Shipping within the Continental U.S.
We always provide free shipping on all orders within the Continental U.S.....a small way to say "Thank You" for your patronage. However, free shipping is only for items you buy and keep. If you return an item that is not defective, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the return, including shipping and insurance charges, and the initial outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to shipping charges due to the expensive freight costs. However, we will do our best to provide the lowest rate for you. Please contact us to obtain shipping rates and transit time estimates for these destinations.
Shipping to P.O. Box, FPO or APO addresses
Products cannot be shipped to P.O. Box, FPO or APO addresses.
Most items are in stock and ready to ship. However, on rare occasions inventory status can temporarily change. If an item is not in stock after an order is placed, we will contact you immediately.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
For IQAir, Austin Air, Oransi and please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. For Amaircare and Airpura products, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. If you have any questions about the delivery of your order, please contact us.
If you do not receive your package in a timely manner, contact us and we will notify the shipping company to do a tracking search.
It is critically important to provide the correct shipping address. Clean Air Plus is not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides to us. If you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is lost, Clean Air Plus will not be financially responsible.
If you placed an order and need to cancel, contact us immediately. Once orders have been shipped, you are liable for all outbound and return shipping charges.
Orders Refused On Delivery
If you refuse your order upon delivery, you are liable for all outbound and return shipping charges, plus a 25% restocking fee.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Merchandise Policy
If you receive the wrong item due to our mistake, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please provide us with the serial number, and we will provide you with the return authorization number. Clearly indicate this number on the side of the box. UPS will then pick up the unit (usually next business day) and a replacement will be shipped out immediately at no additional cost.

Upon receiving, we will ship out a replacement.
If package shows any sign of damage, please do not open or accept. You must contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will dispatch UPS to pick up the unit (usually next business day) and a replacement will be shipped out immediately at no additional cost.
If the package looks good, but upon opening it you determine damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please provide us with the serial number, and we will then provide you with the return authorization number. Clearly indicate this number on the side of the box. UPS will then pick up the damaged unit (usually next business day) and a replacement will be shipped out immediately at no additional cost. However, if you do not want a replacement, then you are responsible for shipping the merchandise back to the provided return address. Once the items are received, credit will be issued to the original credit card (less the outbound shipping costs) used for the purchase. Outbound shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, a $25 restocking fee will be applied. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed.

However, if you do not want a replacement, then you are responsible for shipping the merchandise back to the provided return address. Outbound shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, a $25 restocking fee will be applied. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed.
30 Day Notification Requirement
If you fail to notify us within 30 days of delivery of any damaged or defective merchandise, Clean Air Plus is not responsible for the product and will not be able to service you with a replacement or refund.
We greatly appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund with the exception of items listed below:
- Amaircare 6000V and Amaircare 7500 are not eligible for return.
- Replacement filters are non returnable if the package has been opened.
- All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable.
- Products used outside of North America are non-refundable.
All returned products must be returned in new condition as shipped from the manufacturer. All manuals, registration cards and accessories must be included.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the product back to the manufacturer. In order to initiate the process of a return, contact us and provide us with the serial number. We will provide you with a return authorization number, as well as the return shipping address. The return authorization number is required to be written on the side of the box that you are returning. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without this return authorization number on the label. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement.
Once the items are received, credit will be issued to the original credit card (less the outbound shipping costs) used for the purchase. Outbound shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, a $25 restocking fee will be applied. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed.
Clean Air Plus reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the condition and completeness of returned merchandise.
Items returned without a return authorization number, or shipped to the improper return address, or returned outside of 30 days, or not returned with original packing and in original condition, will not be processed for a refund.
Return policy for IQAir
Write the Return Authorization (RA) number clearly on the outside of the box, otherwise the item will be refused. RA’s are valid for 15 days. After 15 days the RA is automatically voided and refused. All opened products are assessed a 15% restocking fee. Products must be returned packaged exactly as they were received. Filters must be double boxed. Remove casters/rails/cartridges from systems. Products must be shipped back in its original packaging and insured. If original packaging is needed, IQAir will send a shipping box at a nominal fee. If items are not sent back as originally received, you are accepting all liability for damage claims and may be charged by IQAir for repairs. With the exception of warranty repairs, all accessories (remote control, power cord, etc., especially the Certificate of Performance) must be returned, otherwise a $50 fee will apply. IQAir does not refund shipping, handling, or insurance for returned products.
Products come with a manufacturer's warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied. For warranty service, you must contact the product manufacturer. This information is available either with the material shipped with the product, or from the manufacturer directly.

Air Purifiers Used Outside of North America
Air purifiers sold by Clean Air Plus are approved for 100-120v power supply only and are not safety tested nor approved for use outside North America. For this reason, IQAir, Austin Air and Amaircare air purifier systems purchased from Clean Air Plus are not covered by any warranty if shipped or used outside of North America. Neither Clean Air Plus nor the manufacturers that we represent extend any warranty or product liability for damage or injury caused by the use of North American systems used outside North America.
