General Return Policy Information

We greatly appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund with the exception of items listed below:

  • Amaircare 6000V and Amaircare 7500 are not eligible for return.
  • Replacement filters are non returnable if the package has been opened.
  • All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable.
  • Products used outside of North America are non-refundable.

All returned products must be returned in new condition as shipped from the manufacturer. All manuals, registration cards and accessories must be included.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the product back to the manufacturer. In order to initiate the process of a return, contact us and provide us with the serial number. We will provide you with a return authorization number, as well as the return shipping address. The return authorization number is required to be written on the side of the box that you are returning. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without this return authorization number on the label. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement.

Once the items are received, credit will be issued to the original credit card (less the outbound shipping costs) used for the purchase. Outbound shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, a $25 restocking fee will be applied. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed.

Clean Air Plus reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the condition and completeness of returned merchandise.

Items returned without a return authorization number, or shipped to the improper return address, or returned outside of 30 days, or not returned with original packing and in original condition, will not be processed for a refund.

Return policy for IQAir

Write the Return Authorization (RA) number clearly on the outside of the box, otherwise the item will be refused. RA’s are valid for 15 days. After 15 days the RA is automatically voided and refused. All opened products are assessed a 15% restocking fee. Products must be returned packaged exactly as they were received. Filters must be double boxed. Remove casters/rails/cartridges from systems. Products must be shipped back in its original packaging and insured. If original packaging is needed, IQAir will send a shipping box at a nominal fee. If items are not sent back as originally received, you are accepting all liability for damage claims and may be charged by IQAir for repairs. With the exception of warranty repairs, all accessories (remote control, power cord, etc., especially the Certificate of Performance) must be returned, otherwise a $50 fee will apply. IQAir does not refund shipping, handling, or insurance for returned products.
