We ship via UPS or FedEx ground. Most items ship next business day after your order is placed. Complete and accurate information is necessary to avoid delays.

Free Shipping Within The Continental U.S.

We always provide free shipping on all orders within the Continental U.S.....a small way to say "Thank You" for your patronage. However, free shipping is only for items you buy and keep. If you return an item that is not defective, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the return, including shipping and insurance charges, and the initial outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping To Alaska And Hawaii

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to shipping charges due to the expensive freight costs. However, we will do our best to provide the lowest rate for you. Please contact us to obtain shipping rates and transit time estimates for these destinations.

Shipping To P.O. Box, FPO Or APO Addresses

Products cannot be shipped to P.O. Box, FPO or APO addresses.

Stock Availability

Most items are in stock and ready to ship. However, there are occasions when inventory status can temporarily change. Some items are custom made and will require some extra time.

Tracking Information

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.


For IQAir, Austin Air and Oransi UPS or FedEx standard  delivery times apply. They average 4-5 business days depending on shipping location.. For Amaircare and Airpura products, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. These products are made in Canada and are required to clear US customs. This requires some extra time. If you have any questions about the delivery of your order, please contact us.

Undelivered Packages

If you do not receive your package in a timely manner, contact us and we will notify the shipping company to do a tracking search.

Incorrect Address

It is critically important to provide the correct shipping address. Clean Air Plus is not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides to us. If you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is lost, Clean Air Plus will not be financially responsible.


If you placed an order and need to cancel, contact us immediately. Once orders have been shipped, you are liable for all outbound and return shipping charges.

Orders Refused On Delivery

If you refuse your order upon delivery, you are liable for all outbound and return shipping charges, plus a 25% restocking fee.
